Maureen Daniel, Sales Associate, joined Callander Commercial in 2015 after being employed with one of the area’s leading commercial developers for 10 years. Maureen’s responsibilities included but were not limited to, retail and industrial leasing for the portfolio in its entirety, cold calling, tenant identification, lease negotiations, marketing and advertising, and property management. Prior to commercial real estate development, Maureen was employed for eight years by one of the area’s largest electrical contracting firms.

Raised in Illinois, Maureen moved to the Kalamazoo area to attend Western Michigan University, where she obtained a BBA in Marketing. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 37 years and has two sons.

Maureen’s market knowledge and development experience provides her with substantial expertise in the retail world, helping to put the right tenant with the right landlord.
